Delivery Information

We ship from The Netherlands, and ship out orders worldwide. We even ship to Hogwarts or Middle Earth if necessary ♥ The price depends on your location though. Please keep in mind that shipping outside Europe might be expensive. If you live in the EU you don't have to pay customs over the packages you receive from us. If you live outside of the EU there is a chance that you have to pay a customs bill.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Well, it's depends on where you live and on the postal system of your country. But not every country in a world has a wizard working as a postman, so you may need to wait a little bit longer. We consider the package being lost in the shipment only 50 days after the shipping date. So if you haven't received your gorgeous item within 50 days (except holidays), please contact us for refund. But please be patient. It would be possible for your postman to be late, because he needed to save the world from orcs.

Return and exchange policy
Due to hygiene reasons, returns of pierced jewelry are not permitted. In some rare cases, we may make an exception. In the event your item was damaged during shipping I require the following :

Notification within 3 days of receiving item.
A picture of the damage.
Customer is responsible for shipping both ways, and item will either be fixed or remade.
If I am unable to fix or remake your item I will then and only then refund the customers money.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged orders unless you purchase a shipping option with tracking and insurance! Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order.
